Frozen fish
The produced fish are frozen on board, in modern freezing tunnels
They are then conserved in the freezers of the ship in -20° Celsius
and
then shipped in the various markets with Cargo ships.
We keep, the time between production and consumption of the fish,
minimum, in order to obtain the best possible quality of our products.
